Hope Organization for Development and Improvement, Iraq
Hope Organization for Development and Improvemen implemented projects in in the Mosul and Dohuk governorates in Iraq. They a PSEA network at sub-national level in order to protect IDPs, especially women and children, against any sexual exploitation violations they may face by aid workers or others. This network includes lawyers, human rights defenders, and several local NGOs working within the humanitarian response and peace building field in Mosul and Dohuk governorates.
- developed a printed materials (banner and brochure) in English and Arabic to raise awareness on PSEA, targeting women, men, girls and boys.
- produced a video in Arabic on PSEA.
- organised awareness-raising sessions in Arabic and English which aimed to inform about SEA, presenting reporting channels and explaining how to use them, targeting women, men, girls and boys.
