These Guidelines were developed by the World Economic Forum’s Global Future Council (GFC) on the New Agenda for Fragility and Resilience. They aim to guide public and private actors – at local, national and international levels on how to work in concert to better meet the needs of communities in crisis and to develop thriving and resilient economies.
