The NGOs and Humanitarian Reform Project (consisting of the International Rescue Committee, ICVA, Oxfam, CARE, ActionAid, CAFOD, and Save the Children) presents an action plan on possible measures NGOs can take to enhance their own contribution towards improving the effective functioning of reformed humanitarian mechanisms (English and French).
