Call for Tenders: Service Contract Progress of the Localization Barometer Project in Cameroon

Description
The Localization Barometer Project aims to develop both regional and country-specific methodologies to quantitatively and qualitatively assess localization in humanitarian responses. It will monitor progress, identify successes and challenges, and facilitate the exchange of best practices across West and Central Africa.
ICVA seeks a contractor to manage and implement the project activities at the country level (Cameroon).
