UNICEF is in the process of updating its approach to implementing projects through civil society organizations (CSOs). NGOs have been recently asked to provide feedback on the new Programme Cooperative Agreement (PCA) template and related guidance. The new package is expected to enter into force in April 2015.
ICVA’s Middle East and North Africa hub is holding a one day face to face training on the new UNICEF PCA. This all-day event will be held in Amman on Thursday 7 May. The training is targeting programme and finance staff from UNICEF partner organizations.
